A welcoming space for everyone

Here for you.

Mindverse Psychology is a Melbourne-based psychology practice specialising in educational and developmental psychology for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Founded by Jennifer Politis, the practice operates from two clinic locations in Alphington (VIC 3078) and Blackburn (VIC 3130), with telehealth available Australia-wide via COVIU, a secure end-to-end encrypted healthcare video platform.

The team comprises five registered psychologists: Jennifer Politis (founder), Amy Kierce, Craig Hildebrand-Burke, Tamara Gnjatovic, and Catherine Tiffin. All practitioners hold endorsement or registration as Educational and Developmental Psychologists with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA). Mindverse Psychology is a registered Medicare provider and accepts referrals under Mental Health Care Plans, as well as private health insurance and self-managed NDIS funding. The practice is neuro-affirming, LGBTQIA+-affirming, and trauma-informed in its therapeutic approach.

Our History & Mission

Mindverse Psychology was founded by Jennifer Politis to address a growing need for specialist educational and developmental psychology services in Melbourne's inner east and eastern suburbs. The practice has expanded from a solo practice to a team of five registered psychologists across two clinic locations, reflecting sustained demand for neurodevelopmental assessments and evidence-based therapy in the region.

The practice name 'Mindverse' reflects its commitment to neurodiversity and the understanding that every mind operates differently. Mindverse Psychology is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and adheres to the APS Code of Ethics. The team engages in ongoing professional development and provides Board Approved Supervision for provisional psychologists completing their supervised practice requirements under AHPRA guidelines. The practice accepts new clients by referral and self-referral.
